Emerging Designer – Teresa Le of TLE Designs

Petite 4'11" Teresa Le launched TLE Designs, her clothing line for petites out of frustration at the difficulty of finding hip clothing that suited her age and style. Focusing on tops and dresses, Teresa uses colorful print fabrics in her designs, which also include an accessories line of headbands and belts.
