Michael Kors Fall 2012 Fashion Show

Sporty style was a trend at the Michael Kors Fall 2012 Fashion Show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York. Michael Kors said that his fall collection was about "sporty American glamour." Rather than clothing that a woman would wear to hit the ski slopes, it's probably more about what she might wear in a ski resort or ski lodge, more about the inspiration, rather than clothing a woman would really wear for sports. Sporty style included bulky knits with turtleneck collars, both of which petite women would be well-advised to avoid, fur vests, fur boots, and pants that end at mid-calf, another style petite women would do well to shun.
