The BCBG Max Azria Fall 2013 Collection connects an urban vibe with a bohemian influence. According to show notes provided by designers Max and Lubov Azria, BCBG fashion for fall 2013, especially the print designs featured, is inspired by Turkish architecture and gypsies as well as the art of Phil Frost, a self-taught New York artist whose patterns frequently are graphic reinventions of the letters of the alphabet.

The BCBG Fall 2013 Collection is definitely geared to cold weather, given the number of coats and jackets, most trimmed with fur, and the layering of many garments to create one look. With models styled wearing layers, coats, and cashmere knit caps in a mostly neutral color palette of black, white, and gray, sparsely interspersed with the occasional burgundy and blue, this fall collection definitely looks as though it belongs to the season.

Sheer silk chiffon makes up the tunics and different parts of other garments while leather is featured prominently, with many models appearing in black leather leggings.
