Blue is a top color trend for spring/summer 2009, and although many hues of blue appeared on designer runways at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, several designers showed fashionable styles in turquoise blue, a color that's universally flattering. Besides turquoise blue, many designers also included clear bright blue, green-blue, purple-blue, and Williamsburg blue in their collections.
