Wearable spring fashion trend #5 for 2010 is peek-a-boo fashion. Peek-a-boo fashion for spring and summer 2010 takes many forms from transparent panels on clothing to cut-outs to lingerie looks. This look is big in swimwear for 2010 with strategically placed cut-out details on both one-piece swimsuits and bikinis.

On clothing for spring and summer 2010, we're seeing this trend in transparent panels on clothing, sometimes at the hem, sometimes in other spots, such as the midriff on the Michael Kors dress pictured above. In Los Angeles designers came up with some lingerie looks that were not meant to be hidden under clothing.

Because peek-a-boo clothing is meant to be revealing, it's never appropriate for office attire, but it may be fun for casual weekend wear, especially for younger women. Panels, even transparent ones, will work better for short women if they're vertically oriented, rather than horizontal.
