Swimwear Trends for 2011

Swimwear trend #4 for 2011 is animal prints. Animal prints continue to be hot in fashion, and swimwear is no exception. Looks in leopard probably top the list of animal prints in swimwear for 2011, but other animal prints abound also, such as the zebra print swimsuit pictured above. The animal print doesn't always appear in traditional colorways. Sometimes it's altered with bright or metallic colors instead.

Petite women can wear animal prints well as long as the motifs on the print aren't oversized. Prints will tend to call attention while dark solids recede, so if you want to emphasize the bust area, wear the animal print on top and wear a bikini bottom in a solid color.
